1. Scope of application
The purpose of the general conditions is to govern the relations between DANIEL OSCAR GLASNER SA hereafter "D.O.G. SA" and the Internet user, designated hereafter by "the customer". The masculine form "customer" employed hereafter naturally designates both the customers and the clients. The general terms and conditions of sale are made available to the buyer on the website https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ of D.O.G. SA.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The offers on the https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ website constitute a non-binding invitation to the customer to order products and/or services from D.O.G. SA. By placing an order via https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/, including acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (GTC), the customer submits a legally binding offer to enter into a contract.
D.O.G. SA then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by e-mail, which confirms that the customer's offer has been received by D.O.G. SA. 3. Right of withdrawal
The customer may cancel the order in writing within 24 hours of D.O.G. SA's receipt of the order. If the order has already been shipped to the customer, D.O.G. SA will charge the full amount of the shipping or freight costs incurred.

5. Prohibition of sale to minors
In accordance with the Penal Code, which stipulates that the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to minors under eighteen (18) years of age, the purchaser undertakes, by completing his order, to be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the date of the order.

7. Prices and conditions of sale
The prices indicated on the pages of the site https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ are in Swiss francs (CHF) per bottle and include VAT (Switzerland) without shipping costs, ex our cellar. In addition to the prices indicated, shipping costs may be incurred depending on the delivery address, the quantity of goods and the product. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the customer's order process. No additional costs are incurred for deliveries within Switzerland. D.O.G. SA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price charged is the price displayed at the time of the order. Promotional discounts offered as part of commercial actions on the https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ website are deducted directly from the amount of the order.
8. Availability
The offers on the products are valid only as long as they are visible on the site https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ and within the limits of available stocks. If the ordered articles are not in stock, we will inform you immediately by email or telephone.
All orders are final once full payment by credit card has been confirmed. All orders are payable by credit card, debit card or by TWINT, Postcard, PayPal. For payments made by bank transfer, the account of Daniel Glasner, Boissons et Alimentation at Postfinance must have been credited in advance.
9. Shipping costs
Delivery is free of charge to any address in Switzerland with a minimum order value of CHF 220.00 (including VAT). Below this value, a contribution to transport costs will be charged. For events such as wine tasting or wine fairs, D.O.G. SA reserves the right to increase the minimum order value before the customer can benefit from free delivery.
Shipments are made mainly by our specialized partner VinoLog of the Swiss Post for packages weighing up to 30 kg. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package to be shipped.
10. Procedure and delivery time
Delivery is expected within 3 to 5 working days after D.O.G. SA has verified the customer's data, if the wines are in stock in Switzerland. Otherwise, the delivery time is approximately 4 weeks. Customers wishing to pick up their order must contact the number 022 700 99 33, at least 12 hours in advance of the pickup.
Call us in case of important or very urgent order, we can also use the services of Cargo Domicile, or our home delivery service. Packages are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process and are given to the customer against signature. For business customers, the delivery time is to be agreed. Deliveries must be checked by the customer upon receipt to ensure that they are complete and undamaged. In case of defective bottles, D.O.G. SA grants a 10-year right of return on the wines, the vintage being taken as the cut-off date. All defects must be reported within 8 days.

11. Secure payment and data protection
All payments made online are secure. The information entered for payment is encrypted and transmitted securely. D.O.G. SA's use of personal data relating to customers complies with the legislation in force, in particular the law on data protection. These data are treated confidentially and securely.
D.O.G. SA processes and stores only the data necessary for the proper performance of its services. Under no circumstances will this data be transmitted to third parties. D.O.G. SA declines all responsibility in the event of manipulation of the Internet user's computer system by unauthorized persons. D.O.G. SA expressly draws the Internet user's attention to the dangers of viruses and the risk of targeted attacks by hackers. As a general rule, e-mails from unknown sources or with unexpected attachments should not be opened.
12. Return and refund conditions (taste of corks, defective bottles)
D.O.G. SA does not accept returns. On the other hand, we attach great importance to the quality of the wines we offer you, which is why you can return your products if they have a corky taste and/or if they are defective bottles. If you notice these anomalies on one or several wines you have ordered, they will not be refunded but replaced. The wines are replaced, provided that the corked or defective bottles are returned to us 4/5 full and with the original cork.
13. Sale by the unit
We recommend that you place orders of at least 3 or 6 bottles (and multiples thereof) as the wines will be shipped in their original packaging (wooden or cardboard box). However, it is possible to order the wines individually, please refer to the specific offer for each product on the website https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/
14. Ownership of the wines
The goods remain the property of D.O.G. SA until full payment of the order.
15. Validity and changes to the general terms and conditions of sale
The list of wines is subject to sale in the meantime. In case of unavailability, D.O.G. SA will inform the buyer as soon as possible. D.O.G. SA reserves the right to limit the availability of certain products in limited quantities. D.O.G. SA reserves the right to change the assortment, prices and conditions at any time and without notice.
16. Intellectual property and trademark protection
The entire content of the https://www.dogdouro.swiss/en/ website is the intellectual property of DANIEL OSCAR GLASNER SA. The saving or printing of individual pages and/or sections of the D.O.G. SA Website is permitted, provided that the copyright marks or other legal protection designations are not removed.
