Tapada do Chaves is home to two of Alentejo's oldest vineyards, in production since 1901 for red grapes and 1903 for white grapes.The wines produced here are a combination of indigenous grape varietiesHarvest: The year in Alentejo favored cooler, higher-altitude regions, and above all older vineyards better adapted to climatic variations and stressful situations, such as those at Tapada do Chaves.Aging: 9 months in storage, on fine lees with lees stirring. 12 months in bottle.Recommended drinking date: 2021 to2030Servingtemperature: 14 degrees.

Tasting notes:
