Description
Tinto Ca o is a variety of high vigor, small berries and very thick film, which thus offers us a more traditional approach to its winemaking in order to discover the best profile of this wine. 2015 was a year of great quality, revealing powerful and concentrated reds and immense complexity.Tinto Cao wine, fermentation takes place in stone "lagares" with the traditional foot step. A red of great expression and character, where it reveals an enormous aromatic complexity and rusticity, through aromas of red fruits and herbaceous suggestions, in a distinct and charming nose profile. On the palate, it is rustic, with a present tannin, but nevertheless delicate, also favoring an elegant profile, ending with a very long and persistent finish.Store the bottles in a cool place without light (16ºC).Serve at 16ºC.A very special red, which harmonizes perfectly with game dishes, goat cheese and strong cheeses.
