The grapes and barrels for the Port wine are carefully selected in order to obtain, after a long maturation of 20 years, a good quality Tawny Port. Tawny Port has a deep brown color and a complex flavor of raisins, brown sugar, nuts, cocoa and wood.
Characteristic roasted nut influences develop into dried berries, plums, hazelnuts and toasted sandalwood. A powerful Tawny Port that pairs beautifully with aged cheddar and quince pasta (membrillo).
In 2021, Sibio 20 Year Old was awarded 92 points in a Wine Spectator evaluation.
